Oftentimes many of our clients will ask us about our design strategy or our designing process. While the steps we take for each project vary, we find that there are always the same four phases, just unique for each project.

Design Planning

Understanding the core objectives & business goals for a project is the first priority of any project we work on. You’ll be surprised how many people and other design firms will skip this step and fast-forward straight to the design process, just for the sake of designing.

What you can expect at this point, is to work with a MedleySites Creative Designer to create a well-thought-out strategic design plan that will serve as our road map for the remainder of the project.

Creative Designing

Moving your project into the creative process is usually the most exciting part for our clients & for us. With our well-thought-out strategic design plan, and our solid understanding of key drivers & business goals, we are able to show conceptual designs as an end result.

What you can expect at this point in the project is to review a selection of well-executed & custom design concepts, made unique for your needs.

Fine-Tuning

We know that design & creativity are subjective. We don’t care how sound or solid our strategic design plan is, there is still that human element that comes into play.

Our initial concepts go through a fine-tuning process until the design meets the perfect balance of uncompromising usability and good business sense. This means it not only looks great, but also will be well received and easily understood by the intended audience. At this point you can expect to review & tweak our design until you are 100% satisfied.

Design Execution

After approvals on a finalized design, we move into the actual implementation. Executing efficiently and on-target with your deadlines, we deliver a finished product that meets MedleySites high standards and, most often, exceeds our client’s expectations.
